You can create and manage the Single Sign-On (SSO) settings for MiiTel. After setting up the SSO, you can also disable the MiiTel password login method and switch to SSO for logging in to MiiTel. For more details, check Disable password authentication.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- To use this feature, you would need permission to use MiiTel Meetings.
IMPORTANT
- The providers that can be configured are Microsoft Entra ID for the SAML protocol and Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace for the OIDC protocol. If you would like to configure other providers, please contact us.

Creating a new SSO setting
NOTE
- You can register up to five accounts.
- The following pages provide information on how to set up the SSO for the following authentication providers.
- Set up single sign-on (SSO) using SAML with Microsoft Entra ID
- Set up single sign-on (SSO) using OIDC with Microsoft Entra ID
- Set up single sign-on (SSO) using OIDC with Google Workspace
- Depending on the specifications of the authentication provider, an error may occur during the registration. If an error occurs, please contact us.
Edit the SSO setting
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Security > IdP settings.
- Click > Edit on the setting you want to edit.
- Click Save.
Disable the SSO setting
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Security > IdP settings.
- Click > Deactivate on the setting you want to disable.
- Click Save.
Delete the SSO setting
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Security > IdP settings.
- Click > Delete on the setting you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
IMPORTANT
- Once you delete the SSO setting, users can no longer log in to MiiTel with that setting.
- Due to the specifications of the authentication provider, an error may occur when re-registering the account. If an error occurs, please contact us.
