In MiiTel Meetings and MiiTel RecPod, you can use AI to automatically generate meeting titles based on the transcript.
Generated titles can also be given automatic meeting tags through the existing Automatic call memo (Meeting history) feature.
By editing the auto-generation prompt, you can freely adjust the title length and the information to include (such as meeting type and proposal details). The original title is also passed to the AI as reference information.
Requirements for using this feature
- A contract for MiiTel Meetings or MiiTel RecPod is required.
- A MiiTel Synapse (generative AI) contract is required to use this feature.
IMPORTANT
- This feature uses generative AI, so the generated titles may require adjustment.
-
Auto-generation accuracy may decrease in the following cases in particular. Please keep this in mind when using the feature.
- When the transcript contains little information
- When meetings are similar in nature (e.g., role-play and sales meetings)
- When the kanji spelling of proper nouns (such as customer names) cannot be identified
