You can review transcription results during recording, use Copilot based on the transcription results to summarize the meeting, and organize customer requests.
To use this feature:
- An active MiiTel RecPod subscription is required.
- An active MiiTel Synapse (generative AI) subscription is required.
- This feature is available in MiiTel RecPod version 26.05.10 and later.
- We plan to gradually expand the customers who can use this feature. If you want to start using it right away, please contact your account representative.

Enable realtime talk assist in RecPod
To use this feature, set the realtime transcription method to Talk assist (β) in MiiTel Admin. For details, see “MiiTel RecPod Settings (MiiTel Admin) > Realtime transcription”.
View transcription results during recording
- In MiiTel RecPod, start recording.
- Tap the Transcript icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- The transcription results will be displayed.
Consult Copilot during recording
- In MiiTel RecPod, start recording.
- Tap the Talk assist tab in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click one of the suggested questions shown on the screen, or enter your question in the input field.
