Here you can configure MiiTel RecPod settings.
By configuring settings in advance such as Automatically delete the local files, Auto-assign host’s MiiTel user by talk ratio, Quick Transcript, and End-of-recording settings, operations related to meeting recording with MiiTel RecPod will be smoother.
The configured settings will be applied to all users using MiiTel RecPod.

Automatic local file deletion settings
You can set the system to automatically delete recorded files with completed transcription from the device when you restart the app or log in again.
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Meeting Settings > MiiTel RecPod Settings.
- Check "Enable" for Automatic local file deletion settings and click Save.
IMPORTANT
- Only recorded files with completed transcription will be automatically deleted.
- Deletion will be executed when you restart the app or log in again.
- Once a recorded file is deleted, it cannot be uploaded again. Please be aware of this in advance.
Automatic host assignment by talk ratio
You can automatically assign the participant with the most speaking time in the conversation as the host.
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Meeting Settings > MiiTel RecPod Settings.
- Check "Enable" for Automatic host assignment by talk ratio and click Save.
Real-time Transcription
Select the transcription method for real-time transcription. If you recorded on a device that is online, you can check the transcription before uploading the audio.

- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Meeting Settings > MiiTel RecPod settings.
- Select a transcription method and click Save.

Talk Assist (Beta)
- In addition to the features of Default (formerly: Quick Transcription), you can use features related to Real-time Talk Assist
- With Real-time Talk Assist, you can use the following features:
- Check the transcription during recording
- Use Copilot during recording to summarize the meeting content or ask questions
- This setting is required to use Real-time Talk Assist.
In addition, you need a contract to use MiiTel Synapse (Generative AI).

End-of-recording settings
At the end of recording with MiiTel RecPod, you can make tag input mandatory or enforce automatic upload.

Meeting History Visibility Setting
You can set it so that recording history details (transcription, minutes, and recording) cannot be viewed within MiiTel RecPod.
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Meeting Settings > MiiTel RecPod Settings.
- Check "Enable" for Meeting history hide settings and click Save.
