You can edit the question options displayed in the Copilot panel on the real-time monitor to match your business operations, or create new options.

Create question options

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click Copilot > Copilot settings (Meetings).
3. Click the Realtime talk assist tab.
4. Click Add.
5. Configure the following settings.

1Option name: Enter the name of the question option displayed in the Copilot panel for Realtime talk assist.

2Instructions: Enter the instructions for Copilot (Reference: Guidelines for creating prompts (summary instructions for meeting minutes))

3Public (admins only): Make the created question option available only to users with administrative privileges.

4Public (all users): Make the created question option available to all users.

Edit question options

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click Copilot > Copilot settings (Meetings).
3. Click the Realtime talk assist tab.
4. For the sample question you want to edit,   > Click Edit.

Duplicate question options

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click Copilot > Copilot settings (Meetings).
3. Click the Realtime talk assist tab.
4. For the sample question you want to duplicate,   > Click Duplicate.

Make question options public

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click Copilot > Copilot settings (Meetings).
3. Click the Realtime talk assist tab.
4. For a private sample question,   > Click Public (admins only) or Public (all users).

Make question options private

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click Copilot > Copilot settings (Meetings).
3. Click the Realtime talk assist tab.
4. For the sample question you want to edit,   > Click Private.

Change the visibility of question options

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click Copilot > Copilot settings (Meetings).
3. Click the Realtime talk assist tab.
4. For the sample question whose visibility you want to change,   > Click Public (admins only) or Public (all users).

Delete sample question options

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click Copilot > Copilot settings (Meetings).
3. Click the Realtime talk assist tab.
4. For the sample question you want to edit,   > Click Delete.
