Consult and analyze with Copilot Plus (Beta)

Copilot Plus (beta) can loop through its thinking in response to a user's question and reach a final conclusion while selecting references and reporting interim progress.

With Consult with Copilot and Chat with Copilot, the interaction has mainly been a simple Q&A format, but with Copilot Plus (beta), you will be able to consult on more advanced topics.

  How can I use this feature?

  • To use this feature, you need a MiiTel Synapse (generative AI) subscription. If you are interested, please contact your RevComm representative, or contact Support.

Consult with Copilot Plus (beta)

  1. Access https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to Copilot Plus (beta).
  2. In the input field, select the data you want to reference (calls and meetings).
  3. Click one of the displayed question options, or enter your question in the input field.

  IMPORTANT

  •   The meeting history that Copilot can answer questions about is as follows:
    • Call history and meeting history created on or after September 21, 2023
    • Call history excluding three-way calls, monitoring, and whispering
    • The most recent 300 call histories and the most recent 30 meeting histories that match the specified conditions
  •   If the total duration of the selected history is long, the response may not be displayed. In that case, reduce the number of references.
  •   If your question is too abstract, you may not get an appropriate response. In that case, enter a more specific question.
  •   Because responses are generated by AI based on transcription information from call history and meeting history, you cannot confirm statistical information such as the number of items or total time. Please check statistics on the Dashboard.
  •   Copilot responses do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
  •   If it takes a long time to generate a response, wait a while and try again.

Analyze with Copilot Plus (beta) from Storage

After creating a call history list CSV, you can analyze it with Copilot Plus (beta) based on the data.

To learn how to create a call history list CSV, see Download a call history CSV from Storage.

  1. Access https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics.
  2. Click Storage.
  3. Click Analyze with AI on the right of the created CSV data.
  4. You will be taken to the Copilot Plus (beta) screen, where you can continue consulting in more detail.

  NOTE

  •   The only data you can reference in Copilot Plus (beta) is information related to inbound call routing included in the Call history (flow).

Share Copilot Plus (beta) responses

  1. Check Consult with Copilot Plus (beta) or Consultation history.
  2. In the upper right of the screen, sharebuttun.png Click Share.
  3. Click Generate link to generate a link for sharing.
  4. Click Copy to copy the generated link.

Check the history of Copilot Plus (beta) consultations

  1. Access https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to Copilot Plus (beta).
  2. From the list displayed on the left side of the screen, click the title of the consultation you want to check and review the displayed response.

  NOTE

  •   You can only check the history for the logged-in user.
