"Ask and consult with AI about multiple calls (Chat with Copilot)"
When you ask or consult with MiiTel Synapse Copilot (AI) about call history that meets specified conditions, you will receive answers based on transcript.
You can use it for various tasks such as organizing key points and considering next actions across multiple call histories.You can select consultation content from templates or enter it freely.
You can also check questions and answers in the past. If you want to consult with Copilot about individual call history, please refer to "Ask Copilot (AI) to determine next steps based on call or meeting content.".

Ask Copilot (AI)
Specify conditions and ask Copilot.
IMPORTANT

The call history that Copilot can answer about is as follows:
- Call history created on or after September 21, 2023
- The latest 300 call histories that match the specified conditions
- Call histories other than group calls, monitoring, and whispering
- If the total call duration of the target call histories is long, an answer may not be displayed. In that case, please reduce the number of target call histories.
- If the question is abstract, you may not receive an appropriate answer. In that case, please enter a more specific question.
- Since answers are generated by AI based on the transcript of call history, statistical information such as the number of calls and total call duration cannot be confirmed. Please check statistical information on the Dashboard.
- Copilot's answers do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
Check answers
Check the displayed answers.
- If you want to ask additional questions about the answered results, enter your question in the "Ask anything" field and click the arrow at the bottom right of the screen.
If the information included in the answer is insufficient, you may be able to get more detailed information by asking additional questions such as "Tell me more".
If you want to start over, click Reset at the top left.
NOTE
- To change the call history for questions or consultations, click New Chat and select the call history again.
- Question templates are only available when starting a chat.
- If you want to copy Copilot's answer, click Copy below the answer.
Share questions and answers to Copilot
You can create and share a link to questions and answers to Copilot.
Links can be created during questions or from history.
- Check Ask Copilot, or Question history.
- At the top right of the screen, click
Share this chat up to this point.
- Click Generate link to generate a link for sharing.
- Click Copy to copy the generated link.
Check the history of questions and answers to Copilot
You can check questions, consultations, and answers in the past.
- Access https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics.
- In MiiTel Phone Analytics, click
Chat with Copilot.
- From the list displayed on the left side of the screen, click the title of the question content you want to check, and check the displayed answer.
NOTE
- You can check not only the history of questions about multiple call histories, but also the history of questions about individual call history. (Displayed in the list)
- You can only check the history of the logged-in user.
- The history of questions asked during group calls, monitoring, or whispering calls will not be displayed.
