From MiiTel Phone, you can play the recording of the call history.

  1. Click history-solid.svg Call History.
  2. Click the call history in which you want to play the recording.
  3. Click icon_headphone.png Recording.
    If the call history is a voicemail, click icon_headphone.png Voicemail.

  4. MiiTel Analytics will open in a new window or a new tab. You can play the recording of the call history.
