Create a follow-up email
Automatically create a follow-up email from the call history with the customer you want to follow up with.
- Log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics.
- In MiiTel Phone Analytics, click Call History.
- From the list on the left, click the call history for which you want to create a follow-up email.
- Click Create a follow-up email at the top of the transcription results.
- The "Ask Copilot" screen opens, and the follow-up email draft is automatically generated by AI.
IMPORTANT
- The conditions for call history that can use this feature are as follows:
- Call history with a total call duration of less than 3 hours
- Call history where the call type is outgoing, incoming, or transferred (missed calls, voicemail, and internal calls are not included)
- To copy the AI response, click Copy below the response.
Brush up the automatically generated follow-up email draft
By using the features in "Ask Copilot", you can brush up the automatically generated follow-up email draft.
- In the follow-up question field, enter specific questions or instructions, then click ↑.
NOTE
- If you close the window by clicking ×, your question will be reset. To review the content that was generated, please check your Copilot chat history.
- Because the response is generated by AI based on the transcription information in call history, you cannot check statistical information such as the total number of outgoing and incoming calls. Check the statistical information in the Dashboard.
- If the information in the response is insufficient, asking follow-up questions such as "Tell me more" may provide more detailed information.
Edit the prompt for creating follow-up emails
Edit the Prompt used to create follow-up emails.
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Copilot > Create a follow-up email.
- Edit the prompt content, then click Save.
NOTE
- Clicking Reset to defaults will overwrite the prompt with the default prompt. However, you cannot restore the previous prompt.
- Only users with admin permissions will see the Prompt Settings icon next to Create a follow-up email. Clicking this icon takes you directly to the prompt editing screen.
