You can set up a template to be used when using the Generate AI to automatically generate minutes of the call history.
You can also enter prompts and create custom templates.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- The user must have administrative privileges to set up.
Set up a summary instruction template
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Settings > Minutes Setting.
1Default: Minutes are taken using the default prompts.
2Custom: Enter the prompt to be used when creating the minutes. The prompt you enter will be used to create the minutes.
NOTE
- The maximum number of tokens that can be registered for a prompt is 1000 tokens.
- Click Save.
