Adding noun words to the automatic transcription user dictionary makes it easier for those words to appear in the transcription results.
If you have a noun word such as a person's name, company name, product name, or service name that you feel is difficult to transcribe, please try adding it to the user dictionary for automatic transcription.

- Please note that whether the registered words will be transcribed accurately depends on the voice quality and the content of the registered words.

How to register noun words
Structure of the CSV file to be created
First, prepare the CSV file.
The CSV file to be imported should have the following structure:

IMPORTANT
- The following five can be registered as parts of speech in column C.
- ・Common nouns
- ・Addresses
- ・Company names
- ・Product and service names
- ・Personal names
Import CSV file
- Access MiiTel Admin .
- Click [Speech Analysis] > [User Dictionary for automatic transcription].
- Click [Import CSV].
- After setting the following items, click [Save].

2Delimiter: Set the delimiter character used in the CSV file to be imported
3Encoding: Select the character encoding used in the CSV file you are importing

Duplicate text cannot be entered in the "Reading" field.
For example:
Word: Sato, read: Sato
Word: Sugar, read: Sato - Registering words with short readings (e.g. "tooth") may increase the number of false positives. Whenever possible, please register words with a reading of three or more characters.

Only strings consisting of the following tokens connected together can be registered in the "Reading" field.

How to delete a registered word
- On the right side of the word you want to delete,
button to the right of the word you want to delete.
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
