To maximize the benefits of MiiTel Call Center and reduce supervisors’ workload as much as possible, it is important to complete the following preliminary settings.
Set permissions
As a user with Administrator privileges, set the various MiiTel Call Center permissions for each user.
- For users who will use MiiTel Call Center only as operators, set only Enable.
- For users who will manage MiiTel Call Center or configure advanced settings, also set Call center administrative privileges.
For users with Call center administrative privileges enabled, the settings button for MiiTel Call Center is displayed, and they can configure functions across MiiTel Call Center as well as forcibly change statuses.
For details on the settings, see “Set permissions to use MiiTel Call Center.”
Configure the basic settings for MiiTel Call Center
From the MiiTel Call Center settings, configure your organization’s default fields and display rules.
For details, see “Real-time monitor.”
In addition, by configuring settings related to alert, you can quickly notice issues as they occur and respond promptly, enabling more efficient monitoring.
For details, see “Set an alert to the user list.”
Configure views for the Real-time monitor
From Change view in the Real-time monitor, you can create multiple views you want to see.
Because you can display a Circuit list or User list limited to the fields you want to see, you can check them more efficiently.
For details, see “View (real-time monitor).”
Create a seat map
By using a seat map, you can check each user’s operating status based on the actual seating arrangement. You can also create multiple seat maps to match working conditions by department or day of the week.
For details, see “Seat map.”
