Set permissions to use MiiTel Call Center

Only users who have permission can access MiiTel Call Center (Real-time monitor, Seat map). Also, only users with administrative privileges for MiiTel Call Center can change the settings for this feature.

  Permissions or subscriptions required

  • To use this feature, you would need to subscribe to a separate contract. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.

Set permissions to use MiiTel Call Center

  1. Open MiiTel Admin.
  2. Click User > User List.
  3. Click ellipsis-v-light__1_.svg for the user you will allow using MiiTel Call Center > Edit.
  4. On MiiTel Call Center, check the required permissions. (To the administrators for MiiTel Call Center, check both the Enable and Call center administrative privileges.)

  1. Click Save.
