When you have a Video Bot join your meeting, you can automatically save the meeting recording and Video history. In this case, if the meeting participant name matches the MiiTel user name, it will be automatically linked to the MiiTel user, which is convenient for analyzing and aggregating recordings. Video Bot can be joined manually or automatically via Calendar integration.
We recommend matching meeting participant names with MiiTel user names. If they match, they are automatically linked to the MiiTel users so you can use it immediately for analysis and aggregation.
