This page explains about the settings of adding a Tag after the phone call is made by MiiTel Phone (PC).
You can set the following.
- Whether you would like the tag screen to be displayed or not.
- Add multiple tags or only one tag.
- Add parent items or only child items.
- Set each user as Required or Optional to add a tag, or prohibit users to add a tag.
For example, you can set the tag as Required in User settings, so the user will not forget to add a tag after the phone call.
Permissions Required
- All users who have administrator privileges can change the settings.
- Please set up the tags in advance.

Tag settings
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Tag > Tag settings (call).
- Click Softphone settings.
- After you set the following categories, click Save.
1Skip the tag input screen: Display or hide the tag registration screen. If you do not want to display it, check the box and click Save. (This setting is reflected in both MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile)
2Number of tags to register: Set the number of tags you can add.
- Multiple tags: The user can add multiple tags.
- Only one tag: The user can add only one tag.
3Tag items to register: Set the tag items (the items that are displayed on the tag registration screen) you can add.
- Register all items: The parent items and child items will be displayed on the tag registration screen.
- Not register parent items with child items: If there are child items, the parent item connected to those child items will not be displayed on the tag registration screen. (If there are no child items, you can add the parent item.)
4User settings: You can set each user to make the tag registration as Required, Not used, or Optional. (This setting is reflected in both MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile)
- Required: You must select at least one tag item on the tag registration screen to Save.
- Not used: The tag registration screen will not be displayed.
- Optional: Even if you don't select the tag item on the tagm registration screen, you can still Save.
What will happen to the tag registration screen on MiiTel Phone for each setting

Common error messages for this setting
If any of the following applies in the table above, you will see an error message on MiiTel Phone.
- *1: If the User settings is set as Required, but you Save without selecting the tag item:
"Please select the tag." - *2: If the Number of tags to register is set as Only one tag, but you Save after you selected multiple tag items:
"Please select only one tag."
