From the user list, you can add new users, delete users, edit user details, and set permissions to users. If a user is temporarily not using MiiTel due to transfer, organizational changes, or other reasons, you can deactivate that user while saving the user settings. For more details, check Activate or deactivate users.

Add new users
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click Add new user.
- Set all of the required fields.

Login ID: ID to access MiiTel
- Set the user's email address or login ID in the same format as an email address.
- You can use lowercase, uppercase, numbers, or any of the following symbols.
- @ ! # $ % & * + - / = ? ^ _ ` { | } ~ .

User name: Name displayed on the dashboard, call history, MiiTel Phone screens, etc.
- User name is limited to 30 characters

Temporary password: Temporary password for logging in to MiiTel.
- The password must be at least 8 characters with a combination of lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and any of the following symbols.
- ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ ` = + -
- You cannot set a password with only letters or numbers.
- The password must be at least 8 characters with a combination of lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and any of the following symbols.
- Locale: Language to be displayed on all MiiTel features.
- Time zone: Currently, only JST (Japanese Standard Time) is available.

Role: User with administrative privileges will have access to MiiTel Admin.
Next, you will set the permissions for each feature. Depending on the user's situation, you can set the permissions for each service.
Edit user details
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click
on the user and click Edit.
- After you finish editing, click Save.
IMPORTANT
- For more details about changing a user name, check After you changed the username of the existing user account.
Delete users
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click
on the user and click Delete.
- The confirmation screen will be displayed. Please double-check the details, then click Delete.
What will happen after you delete a user?
Before you delete a user, we recommend you check the following details.
What is Affected
The deleted user will no longer appear in the Dashboard's filtering conditions > User Name.
The deleted user will no longer appear by user on the Dashboard's Table tab.
The deleted user will no longer appear at the Team members in the Funnel (beta) tab.
The table themes created by the deleted user can no longer be deleted.
The deleted user's name will no longer appear at the User Name in search option for the Call History and the Video Analytics.
The deleted user's name will no longer appear at Participants as a search conditions in the Full-text search.
The meeting history hosted by the deleted user will no longer be accessible (if the Edit meeting access permission is set "Host only").
The meeting history hosted and uploaded by the deleted user will no longer be accessible (if the Edit meeting access permission is set "Host only").
What is Not Affected
- The deleted user's histories remain in the Call History and Call History List.
- The deleted user's call counts remain included in the Dashboard's aggregated results.
The bookmarked filtering conditions created by the deleted user remain.
The table themes created by the deleted user remain.
- The deleted user's name remains in the participant list displayed in the meeting history.
- The meeting history hosted or uploaded by the deleted user remains in the Video Analytics, provided the Edit meeting access permission is set to anything other than Host only.

The meeting histories uploaded by the deleted user remains included in the Video Dashboard (Beta).
Note: "(Deleted)" is displayed after the username.

IMPORTANT
- After you delete the user, the data in By user (for the deleted user) will be removed, and it cannot be recovered.
Download user details
You can download the user name, login ID, and administration settings by CSV.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List.
- Click CSV download.
- Select Encoding.
- Click Download.
