Even if the outgoing call is not answered, the tag and memo input screen (ACW) can be displayed after the call ends.
After the call ends, MiiTel Phone is set to the "Post-call" status.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- Administrative privileges are required for this setting.
Enabling tag and memo entry (ACW) for unanswered outgoing calls
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Call settings > MiiTel Phone settings.
- Select the Enable checkbox for "ACW entry for unanswered outgoing calls".

Click Save.

After changing the setting, reload MiiTel Phone as follows.
Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R simultaneously
Mac: Press Command + R simultaneously - If you do not want to receive incoming calls while entering tags after an unanswered outgoing call, enable Auto ACW. When Auto ACW is enabled, the status switches to "Post-call", which does not accept incoming calls, once the call ends. No incoming calls are received until the user changes the status to "Available".
