You can enter a comment in the call history to save notes or provide feedback to other users. Also, you can mention users in the comment and send them a notification. With this, you can easily share the details about the call history with each other.
Contents
Add a comment
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History .
- Click the call history from the sidebar menu on the left.
- Scroll down to Comment.
- After you enter the comment, click Register.
- Your registered comment will be displayed on the call history.
NOTE
- With Slack integration, a message can be sent to Slack notifying you that a comment has been registered in the call history.
Mention someone in the comment
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History .
- Click the call history (which you want to share with another user) from the sidebar menu on the left.
- In the Comment, enter "@" and type the user's user name.
- After you enter the comment, click Register.
NOTE
- You can only add a mention when you are entering a new comment. You will not be able to add a mention while you are editing the registered comment.
How users are notified
The user who got mentioned will receive a notification on MiiTel Analytics.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click the user name located on the top right. (In the red circle, you can check the number of unread notifications.)
- Click the notification to check the comment with the mention.
Create a link that will go to the playback position
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History .
- Click the call history from the sidebar menu on the left.
- Slide [○] to the position where you want to play the audio.

Click Comment.
- Scroll down to Comment. You will see the time of the playback position in the box.
- Enter the comment in the box, then click Register.
The comment will be created as the following.
NOTE

If you want to select the range of the playback time, enter the time by using [-].
Example: 00:31 - 1:20
Share a comment
MiiTel Analytics will generate a URL for the registered comment. You can share the URL with other users so that they can check the comment easily.
- Click Share under the registered comment.
- Click Copy to clipboard.
- Paste the URL to an email or chat tool and share the comment with others.
Edit a comment
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History .
- Click the call history from the sidebar menu on the left.
- On the Comment, click Edit.
- After you finish editing, click Update.
Delete a comment
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Call History .
- Click the call history from the sidebar menu on the left.
- On the Comment, click Delete.
- On the confirmation message, click Delete.
Play the audio from the comment
- Click on the playtime of the audio in the comment.
- A slider will be set on the specified position of the audio.
- Click [▶︎ Play] to play the audio.
IMPORTANT
- Any user in your organization can check the comment. However, only the user who created the comment can edit or delete the comment.
