You can easily check the Salesforce activity for a given call from the call history of MiiTel Analytics.
IMPORTANT
- Salesforce Integration and Salesforce task integration must be set up.
- In MiiTel Analytics, click Call History
.
- Click the call history you wish to check.
- Click Salesforce activity.
- This will show the MiiTel call history created in Salesforce.
