You can use the Auto Dialer with the call list you created to make consecutive phone calls starting from the top of the list.
This feature is useful when you want to make many calls to multiple contacts.
How to use this feature
- A separate subscription is required to use the Auto Dialer. If you are interested, please contact us.
- The user would need permission to use the Auto Dialer.
- This feature is only available in MiiTel Phone's wide mode.

Start the auto dialer
To start the Auto Dialer, you would need to first create a call list.
- Start MiiTel Phone and log in.
- If MiiTel Phone is in compact mode, click
to switch to wide mode. (Viewing the call list and using the Auto Dialer are only available in wide mode.)
- Click Contacts.
- Click the Call list tab.
- From Select Call List, select the call list you want to use. Only call lists that include the user who is currently logged in and assigned as the caller will be displayed.
- The call list will be displayed. Contacts with the assigned user who is currently logged in, will be displayed.
- Click Start auto dialer.
- Set the ring time and click Start.
You can set the ring time from 10 seconds to 360 seconds.
During the call
1Call status icon: The following icons are shown depending on the call status.
- Gray phone icon: Not called yet or excluded from calling
- Green icon: Currently on a call
- Blue check mark icon: Called and successfully connected
- Red X icon: Called but no answer
2Do not call: Contacts that are checked will be skipped and not called.
IMPORTANT
- During the auto dialer, you can set contacts that have not been called as excluded from calling.
- Contacts set as excluded from calling during the auto dialer cannot be included again, even if you uncheck them while the auto dialer is running.
3Pause for this call: After the current call ends, the auto dialer will be paused.
4Go to next call: End the current call and start calling the next contact.
If the contact does not answer within the ring time, the call will move on to the next contact.
End of the call
You can select from the following.
- Pause for this call: Pause the auto dialer.
- Save and end: End the auto dialer and move the call list.
- Save and continue: Resume the auto dialer and start calling the next contact.
While pausing the call
The following screen will be displayed when you click Pause for this call at the end of the call. The auto dialer is paused.
You can select from the following.
- End: The confirmation screen will be displayed. Click Yes to end the auto dialer.
- Resume: Resume the auto dialer and start calling the next contact.
When the auto dialer ends
After the auto dialer ends, the following screen will be displayed.
Click OK and the final results will be displayed. Click End to return to the call list.
