MiiTel Phone calls can also be transferred to an external phone number.
- Click Transfer on the active call screen of MiiTel Phone.
- Enter the person or phone number in the search box at the top of the screen.
- Click the person or phone number.
- Click Transfer.
- Confirm that the other person picked up the call, inform them of the details, then click End call.
- After you click End Call, the person you forwarded the call and the person who made the original call will be connected.
- Click Transfer on the active call screen of MiiTel Phone.
- Enter the person or phone number in the search box at the top of the screen.
- Click the person or phone number.
- Click Transfer.
- Confirm that the other person picked up the call, inform them of the details, then click End call.
- After you click End Call, the person you transferred the call and the person who made the original call will be connected.
NOTE
- The phone number notified to the person who received the external transfer is the default number set in the phone number settings. The phone number used for incoming calls will be displayed on the Call history and Call history list page.
- When you use the call forwarding feature in MiiTel, your MiiTel phone number will be displayed to the person who will receive the transferred call. Please note that displaying the caller ID of the incoming call to the person who transferred the call is prohibited due to the Telecommunications Business Law.
