You can create call lists to manage and view your contacts. Based on the call list, you can use the auto dialer to make consecutive calls in order. (A separate subscription is required to use the auto dialer.)
You can view the call lists from MiiTel Analytics and MiiTel Phone.
You will use the CSV file to create a call list.
Edit a call list
You can select and edit contacts from the call list.
In MiiTel Analytics, click Contacts > Call list tab.
Follow the steps below to edit the list.
Change the caller
You can change the caller assigned to each contact. Multiple callers can be assigned within the call list.

Check the contact you want to edit.

Click Operation.

Click Edit selected contacts (x items).

Select the caller and click Change caller.

Exclude contacts as a call target
You can mark selected contacts as excluded from calling. Excluded contacts can be filtered or hidden in the call list, and they will not be called when using the auto dialer.

Check the contacts you want to exclude from calling.

Click Operation.
- Click Exclude selected contacts (x items).

Include contacts as a call target
You can include the selected contacts to the call target.

Check the contacts you want to include in the call target.
- Click Operation.

Click Include selected contacts (x items) to calling list.
Delete contacts
You can delete contacts from the call list. Please note that you cannot delete them from Contacts.

Check the contacts you want to delete from the list.
- Click Operation.
- Click Delete selected contacts (x items).

- On the confirmation screen, click Delete.

Delete a call list
You can delete call lists you no longer need.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Contacts.
- Click the Call list tab.
- Click the call list you want to delete.
- Click Delete on the top right.

- On the confirmation screen, click Delete.
Download a call list
How to use this feature

The user would need permission to download the call list as CSV.
You can download the call list as a CSV file.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Contacts.
- Click the Call list tab.
- Click the call list you want to download.
- Click Download CSV on the top right.
Check the call list on MiiTel Analytics
You can check the call list you created. You can also use filters to find specific lists.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Contacts.
- Click the Call list tab.
- Click the call list you want to check.

1Filter: Apply filters to each item to narrow down the call list.
2Refresh: Update the call list to the latest status.
3Caller: The caller is displayed.
4Account name: The contact's company name is displayed.
5Contact person name: The contact's representative is displayed.
6Phone number: The contact's phone number is displayed.
7Category: The contact's categories are displayed.
8Last call type: The call type of the last call made to the contact, including calls made by other users, is displayed.
9Person in charge: The name of the user who last called the contact is displayed.
10Last call date: The date and time of the last call made to the contact is displayed.
11Call target: You will know whether this contact is included or excluded as a call target.

How to use this feature

This feature is only available in MiiTel Phone's wide mode.
- Start MiiTel Phone and log in.
- If MiiTel Phone is in compact mode, click
to switch to wide mode. (Call lists can ony be viewed in wide mode.)
- Click Contacts.
- Click the Call List tab.
- From Select Call List, select the call list you want to view.
(Only call lists that include you as the assigned caller will be displayed as suggestions.)
- The call list will be displayed.
(Only contacts assigned to you as the caller will be displayed.)

1Show "Do not call": When turned off, contacts excluded from calling will be hidden.
2Category: You can filter the list by category.
3Last call status: The most recent call status, including calls made by other users, will be displayed. You can also filter the list by status.
4Do not call: When checked, the contact will be excluded from calling.
