You can ask MiiTel Synapse Copilot (Generative AI) in real-time during a call and about the content of the most recent call. When you consult, you will receive answers based on transcript.
Several templates are available for questions, and you can also ask freely. You can use it for various tasks such as summarizing call content, organizing customer requests, and suggesting conversation examples.
To use this function ?
- To use this function, you need a MiiTel Synapse (Generative AI) contract. If you are interested, please contact your sales representative or Support.

Ask Copilot during a call
- Display the MiiTel Phone call screen in Wide mode.
- Click a question template displayed on the Copilot screen, or enter your question in the input field.
- An answer from AI will be displayed.
IMPORTANT
- After a certain amount of time has passed since the call started, a question (prompt) will be automatically executed to Copilot. For details, please refer to "Set auto-summary timer".
- Since answers are generated by AI based on the transcript of the call, statistical information such as the total number of outgoing calls and incoming calls cannot be confirmed. Please check statistical information on the Dashboard.
- If the question you enter is abstract, you may not receive an appropriate answer. In that case, please enter a more specific question.
- If you want to copy Copilot's answer, click Copy below the answer.
Set auto-summary timer
After a certain amount of time has passed since the call started, a question (prompt) will be automatically executed to Copilot.
- At the top right, click
Copilot Settings.
- Select each item and click Save. The changed settings will be reflected from the next call.
NOTE
- The times available for the timer are 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes.

Ask Copilot immediately after a call ends
- After the MiiTel Phone call ends, display the screen in Wide mode and click Copilot at the bottom.
- Click a question template displayed on the Copilot screen, or enter your question in the input field.
- An answer from AI will be displayed.

Check the history of questions and answers to Copilot
You can check the history of questions and consultations in the past from the list in Chat with Copilot in MiiTel Phone Analytics.
Note that questions asked to Copilot during group calls, monitoring, or whispering will not be displayed in the history.

Set questions (prompts) to Copilot
Set the questions (prompts) to ask Copilot.
The questions (prompts) you create will be displayed on the ask Copilot and chat with Copilot screens, making it easy to ask questions with one click.
