You can create, edit, and delete contacts in MiiTel Phone Mobile. Newly created Contacts will also appear in Contacts in MiiTel Phone Analytics.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v.3.1.17 or later is required.
- MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android v.3.1.16 or later is required.

Create a contact
- Log in to MiiTel Phone Mobile.
- Tap Contacts.
- Make sure the Contacts tab is selected.
- Tap + next to the search box.
- After entering the required information in each field, click Create.
NOTE
- Either the ither Account name or the Contact person name is required.
- There is no character limit for the Account name, Contact person name, or Account category, but aim for approximately 30 characters at most.
- To add a Account category, tap Add. Select the category to add, then tap Select.
- To add a new category to the category list, enter the new category in the Add field box at the bottom of the screen, then tap ＋.
Edit a contact
- Log in to MiiTel Phone Mobile.
- Tap Contacts.
- Make sure the Contacts tab is selected.
- Tap the contact you want to edit.
- Tap Edit contact.
- Edit the necessary fields.
- Tap Edit.
NOTE
- Your changes will also be reflected in Contacts in MiiTel Phone Analytics.
Delete a contact
- Log in to MiiTel Phone Mobile.
- Tap Contacts.
- Make sure the Contacts tab is selected.
- Tap the contact you want to delete.
- Tap Edit contact.
- Tap Delete this contact.
- On the confirmation screen, tap OK.
