Ask Copilot (AI) to determine next steps based on call or meeting content.

You can consult Copilot (AI) about the content of a specific Call or Meeting history, and get responses based on the transcripts. 
Several templates are available for consultation topics, and you can also consult freely, making it useful for various business tasks.

  Permissions or subscriptions required

  • To use this feature, you need to subscribe to a separate contract. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.

Ask Copilot

  1. Open the Call history or Meeting history you want to inquire about.
  2. Click [Ask Copilot] in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click the displayed question template or enter your question in the input field.

  4. AI-generated responses will be displayed.

  IMPORTANT

  •   Responses are generated by AI based on transcript information of Call history, so statistical information such as the total number of calls made or received cannot be viewed. Please check the dashboard for statistical information.
  •   If your question is too abstract, you may not receive an appropriate response. In that case, please rephrase your question to be more specific.
  •   To copy the response from Copilot (AI), click the [Copy] button below the response.
