When you ask MiiTel Synapse Copilot (AI) questions or inquiries about meeting history that meets specified criteria, and you'll get answers based on the transcript information.
You can either select from templates or freely input your questions or consultation topics.
It can be utilized for various tasks, such as organizing key points across multiple meetings and considering next actions.

Ask Copilot (AI)
Specify criteria and ask Copilot (AI).
- Access https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin signin and log in to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics.
- Click
[Chat with Copilot] in MiiTel Meetings Analytics.
- Click on the question template displayed on the screen, or enter the your question in the input field.
- Select the meeting history you wish to inquire about. If necessary, narrow it down by selecting the date and time, meeting title, user name, tags, and meeting type.
- Click [↑].
- Access https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin signin and log in to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics.
- From the left-side menu, click Video List.
- Select the video history you want to ask about, and select the checkbox to the left of each meeting. If necessary, narrow down the meetings by selecting filters such as meeting title, period, user name, and tags.

Click Consult with Copilot.

Click a question template displayed on the screen, or enter your question in the input field, then click ↑ at the bottom of the screen.
- The Chat with Copilot page opens in a new tab.

The meeting histories eligible for Copilot responses are as follows:
- Meeting history created on or after September 21, 2023
- The most recent 30 meeting histories matching the specified criteria
- If the total meeting duration for the target meeting history is long, responses may not be displayed. In that case, please reduce the number of target meeting histories.
- If your question is too abstract, you may not receive an appropriate response. In that case, please rephrase your question to be more specific.
- Responses are generated by AI based on meeting transcript information, so statistical data such as the total number of meetings or total meeting duration cannot be viewed. Please check the dashboard for statistical information.
- Copilot responses are not guaranteed for accuracy or completeness.
Confirm the response
Confirm the response displayed.
- If you wish to ask additional questions about the answer provided, enter your question in the Additional Questions field and click [↑].
If the information in the answer is insufficient, asking for more details—such as “Could you explain that in more detail?”—may yield more specific information.
To start over from the beginning, click [Start over] in the upper-left corner.
NOTE
- When submitting additional questions, the conditions specified in your initial question will apply. Additionally, you cannot select a question template.
- To copy the response from Copilot (AI), click the [Copy] button below the response.
