If you set the kintone contact integration, MiiTel will retrieve the customer details (linked with the customer's phone number) from the kintone app after the end of the call and automatically add those details to Contacts.
If you are setting IP address restrictions during the integration, check Allow the IP address with kintone.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- You would need administrative privileges to set up this integration.
- This integration uses kintone REST API, so you must be subscribed to the Standard course. (You will not be able to use this service with the Light course.)

Basic settings for kintone integration
If the integration is already set up, you may skip this step. Go to Settings for kintone contact integration.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Third Party Integration > kintone.
- Click the Basic Settings tab.
- Set all of the following fields and click Save.
1kintone domain: Enter the domain in your organization's kintone access URL. (E.g., If the URL is http://revcomm.cybozu.com, revcomm will be the domain.)
2guest space ID: Set the guest space ID that will be integrated with MiiTel. (Open the app as the guest space. If the URL is https://companyname.cybozu.com/k/guest/2/181, enter 2.)
Settings for kintone contact integration
You will use the kintone API token to integrate MiiTel with kintone.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Third Party Integration > kintone.
- Click the Contact integration tab.
- Check Enable kintone integration.
- Set all of the following fields and click Save. (For details on the kintone field types you will set for this integration, check kintone field types.)
1kintone app ID: Set the kintone app ID that will be used for managing customer details when integrating with MiiTel. (Open the kintone app to check the ID. For example, if the URL is "https://companyname.cybozu.com/k/3/", enter 3 for this ID.)
2API token: Set the API token of the app that will be integrated with MiiTel. (For details on how to receive the API token, check Generating API Tokens. (For Permissions, check View records and Add records.)
3Field code for phone number: Set the field name where the phone number will be registered. (If you are using the Sales CRM Pack, select TEL.)
4Field code for business contact's company name: Set the field name where the Account name will be registered. (If you are using the Sales CRM Pack, select Customer name.)
IMPORTANT
- If the field set in Field code for business contact's company name is set as コピー元のフィールド of the field set in Field code for business contact's company name for kintone activity history integration, you would need to set it as Prohibit duplicate values. If setting Prohibit duplicate values is difficult, prepare a separate field (for the integration) with the Prohibit duplicate values set.
5Field code for business contact's contact name: Set the field name where the Contact person name will be registered. (If you are using the Sales CRM Pack, select Contact name.)
NOTE
- After the call ends with MiiTel Phone, MiiTel will search for the phone number in the field entered in Field code for phone number and automatically add the phone number in Contacts.
- The phone number will be searched by numbers with and without hyphens. If the hyphen is not entered in the right location, MiiTel may not be able to find the phone number.

During the kintone integration kintone REST API will be consumed in MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile during the following.
- Outgoing call (including missed outgoing calls)
- Incoming call (including missed incoming calls)
- Automatic transfer
- Voicemail
- You can use the same kintone account to integrate multiple Company IDs. However, there is a limit on the number of simultaneous kintone REST API connections for kintone. Check with your organization's kintone administrator before the integration.

Create the kintone fields that will be set for the kintone integration with the following field types.

Allow the IP address with kintone
If you are setting IP address restrictions on kintone, allow 18.177.83.94/32, 35.73.236.241/32.

When an error occurs in kintone integration or other MiiTel-integrated third-party services, you can receive a notification email whenever an error occurs.
