AI coaching

AI will automatically analyze the users' strengths and weaknesses for phone call activities. The following indicators will be used.

  • Total number of calls
  • Call duration
  • Talk ratio
  • Number of overlaps
  • Speaking rate
  • Number of rallies
  • Number of fillers
  • Intonation

This feature is helpful for users who are not comfortable with checking the numerical data in the Dashboard, as AI will generate sentences that can be helpful for future phone calls, such as strengths, weaknesses, and future improvements.

The analysis results are updated weekly between Saturday and Monday midnight.

Check the AI Coaching results

From the call history

You can check the AI coaching results from the call history.

  1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
  2. Click headphones-solid__1_.svg Call History.
  3. Click on the call history you are interested in to check the AI coaching results.
  4. Click AI coaching for (User name).

  NOTE

  •   AI coaching is only available for the following call types. You can also check other user's AI coaching results.
    • Incoming call
    • Outgoing call

From the Funnel (beta) tab on the Dashboard

You can check the AI coaching results from the Funnel (beta) tab on the Dashboard.

  1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
  2. Click chart-area-solid.svg Dashboard.
  3. Click the Funnel (beta) tab.
  4. The AI coaching results are available on the right.

  NOTE

  •   From the Funnel (beta) tab, you can only check the AI coaching results from your own calls.
  •   AI will analyze the call histories generated one week ago (Saturday to Friday) prior to the day you checked the dashboard. If no phone calls were made during this period, AI coaching results will not be available.
  •   AI coaching is only available for the following call types.
    • Outgoing call
    • Outgoing call (missed)
    • Call forwarding
    • Incoming call
  •   AI will only analyze calls that lasted at least one minute.
  •   Even if you set the call type and period for the Dashboard, the AI coaching period will not change.
  •   AI coaching results are updated by Monday of each week and you will see the Updated sign. After you click Details, the Updated sign will be removed.
