In the Comparison of the Dashboard, you can set the period, users, call types, etc., in the filtering conditions to compare the call duration and other scores.

The radar chart for the speaking trends is displayed with the highest score of 100%. 100% will be the starting point for the comparison of each score in this chart.
IMPORTANT
- The following call histories will not be included in the Comparison of the Dashboard.
・ Call histories that were deleted from the call history or the call history list
・ Call histories that are set to be excluded from aggregation
