You can set up click-to-call so that you can make one-click calls to phone numbers that are registered in eSales Manager.

How to set up
- Start the eSales Manager.
- Click on your user name in the top right corner of the screen and click "Go to Admin Menu".
- Click on 'List and expand sheets'.
- Click the name of the sheet that contains the phone number you want to call.
- Click on [link with parameters].
- Set the appropriate item name.
- Set the following for "URL of the link" and "Text on display". .
1 URL of the link : Fill in the following format.
miitel://[xxx. △△△△]
○○ = object name of the sheet where the phone number to be called is registered
△△△△△ = identification name of the item where the number to be called is registered
.
2 Characters on display: fill in the following format.
[xxx. △△△△]
○○ = object name of the sheet where the phone number to be called is registered
△△△△△ = identification name of the item where the number to be called is registered
.
- After the above settings, click the [New Registration] button.
- Click the [Change] button to complete the settings.
If you want to set your e-Sales Manager to automatically display when you receive an incoming call on MiiTel, you can use the Incoming Call Popup Settings.
How to make an outgoing call
To make a call, simply click on the phone number.
If you have the desktop app version of MiiTel Phone must be installed on your computer.
- Open the sheet with the above settings.
- Click on the blue phone number that appears in the item you added.
- At the top of the screen, you will see "Do you want to open MiiTel.app? at the top of the screen
- Click [Open MiiTel.app].
- The desktop version of your MiiTel Phone will launch and start dialing.
