How to use MiiTel Phone on HubSpot (click to call)

You can set up MiiTel for HubSpot's phone call feature and make calls to your contacts by MiiTel.

  NOTE

  •   To make phone calls by MiiTel, you must set up the HubSpot integration.
  •   Also, this feature is only available for HubSpot's Sales Hub or Service Hub accounts.

How to set MiiTel for HubSpot's phone call feature

First, please check if MiiTel is set as the Make a phone call feature on HubSpot. If MiiTel is not set, please set it by following the procedures below.

  1. Click the call icon from Companies or Contacts on HubSpot.

  1. If you see the following image, you have HubSpot set as the main call provider. Click 電話事業者を切り替えてください to change the provider to MiiTel.

  1. If you see the following image, you will see 電話事業者 : MiiTel as MiiTel is set as the call provider. (If MiiTel is not displayed, click the name of the provider and select MiiTel.)

Make phone calls by MiiTel Phone on HubSpot

  1. Click Make a phone call.
  2. Click your contact's phone number.

  IMPORTANT

  •   Due to HubSpot's specifications, the country code is automatically added on some phone numbers that are already registered on HubSpot. Therefore, we recommend you check and set the country code before you make phone calls.
  1. MiiTel Phone will start and the phone call will begin.

      1. Click the Call tab.
      2. Click Make a phone call.
      3. Click your contact's phone number.

  IMPORTANT

  •   Due to HubSpot's specifications, the country code is automatically added on some phone numbers that are already registered on HubSpot. Therefore, we recommend you check and set the country code before you make phone calls.
    1. MiiTel Phone will start and the phone call will begin.

  NOTE

  •   If you would like to activate MiiTel Phone again after you made a call from clicking Make a phone call, you need to make a phone call again by clicking Make a phone call.
  •   Due to HubSpot's specifications, you will not be able to receive calls by MiiTel Phone for HubSpot. Please use other third-party services for incoming calls. For more details, please check How to make and receive calls on MiiTel Phone for Hubspot.
