Change the order of the filters
When you receive an incoming call, MiiTel will apply the filters in order, starting from the top list. If you want to apply the filters in the correct order, you will have to change the order from MiiTel Admin.
Example: Suppose you have created three filters like the image below. Incoming calls are first filtered to see if they fall within the days and times set in filter A. If filter A is applied, the incoming call rule you have set in filter A will be applied. If filter A is not applied, the call will be filtered to see if they fall within the days and times set in filter B. Like this, MiiTel applies the filters in the order displayed on the filter list.
For the above, incoming calls on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will fall under filter A and filter B, so the incoming call rules set for those filters will be applied. However, even if Monday is a national holiday, incoming calls between 9:00 am and 6:59 pm will be applied to the incoming call rules set in filter A. Therefore, you will need to change the order of the filters for national holidays so that filter C, the filter for weekends and holidays, will be applied first.
