You can use the comment or bookmark feature to keep records or save notes during the call.
- You can now enter a comment from MiiTel Phone.
- You can create a bookmark with one click on the point of the call (elapsed time). After the end of the call, you can create a record for that point where you want to review.
- You can use both the comment and bookmark features during the call.
- If you create a bookmark or comment during the call, you can edit the details from the screen even after the end of the call. (If you did not create a bookmark or comment during the call, you would not be able to edit them from the screen after the end of the call.)

Enter a comment
IMPORTANT
- This feature is available from January 5, 2023.
- On the call screen, click Call details.
- Click Call details > Comment.
- Enter a comment, then click Save. If you want to mention a user in the comment, enter "@" and then type their user name.
NOTE
- If you Save the comment after you delete everything in the comment box, the comment will be deleted from MiiTel Phone.
- If you want to go back to the call screen, please click the left arrow on the comment screen.
- If you enter a comment during the call: After you finish registering the call memo at the end of the call, you will see the comment box again. If necessary, you can edit the comment. (If you did not enter a comment during the call, you would not be able to edit it from the call screen after the end of the call.)
- During the call, you can also create a bookmark.
- On the call screen, click the Comment tab.
- Enter a comment in the box, then click Save. If you want to mention a user in the comment, enter "@" and then type their user name.

Edit, share, or delete a comment
- Log in to MiiTel Analytics and click
Call History.
- Click on the call history with the comment you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Edit on the comment registered in Comment.
- Edit the comment and click Update.
- Confirm that the revised information has been reflected.
NOTE
- Only users who have entered the comment can edit the information.
- You can create a link for the start of playback by directly typing the time, such as 02:11.
- If you register a bookmark during a call or specify the start time in a comment (e.g., 02:11), this start time will become a link. Clicking on this link will allow you to see the call history with a slider indicating where to start playback.
- Log in to MiiTel Analytics and click Call History.
- Click on the call history with the bookmark you want to share.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Share on the bookmark registered in Comment.
- Click Copy to clipboard to copy the shareable URL.
- After the Copied to clipboard message has been displayed, you can send this URL to share the information by mail or chat.
NOTE
- When you access the shared URL, the corresponding Call History page will be displayed. Therefore, only users with a MiiTel account can access this URL.
- Log in to MiiTel Analytics and click Call History.
- Click on the call history with the bookmark you want to delete.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Delete on the bookmark registered in Comment.
- Click OK on the Are you sure you want to delete? message.
IMPORTANT
- Only users who have entered the bookmark or commented can delete the bookmark.
Create a bookmark
- On the call screen, click Bookmark.
NOTE
- After you register the call memo at the end of the call, you will see a comment box (please see the image below). Like 00:06, the time when the bookmark was registered will be entered in the box. Enter the necessary details in the box and click Save to save the bookmark.
- If you Save the bookmark after you delete all details in the comment box, both the bookmark and comment will be deleted.
- If you want to add a link (to the point of the phone call), enter the time in the comment box, like 02:11.
- You can also check the point where you registered the bookmark in the comment box of the call history in MiiTel Analytics.
- You can use both the comment and bookmark features during the call.
- On the call screen, click Bookmark.
- You will see the comment box. (Like 00:22, the time when the bookmark was registered will be entered in the box.) You can save the bookmark by clicking Save.
NOTE
- After you register the call memo at the end of the call, you will see a comment box (please see the image below). Enter the necessary details in the box and click Save to save the updated bookmark.
- If you Save the bookmark after you delete all details in the comment box, both the bookmark and comment will be deleted.
- If you want to add a link (to the point of the phone call), enter the time in the comment box, like 02:11.
- You can also check the point where you registered the bookmark in the comment box of the call history in MiiTel Analytics.
