When you star a call history entry you are interested in on MiiTel Phone Mobile, you can save it to the Later list. You can remove saved history entries from the list.
This is useful when you do not have time to take notes immediately after a call. For example, you can save an incoming call from an important business contact while you are on the move, then check the transcript, analyze the audio, or share it in MiiTel Phone Analytics after returning to the office.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v.3.1.17 or later is required.
- MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android v.3.1.16 or later is required.
Save to Later
- Log in to MiiTel Phone Mobile.
- Tap History.
- To save the history to Later, tap
.
- Once saving is complete, it changes to
.
Remove from Later
- Log in to MiiTel Phone Mobile.
- Tap History.
- To remove the history from Later, tap
- Once the action is complete, it changes to
View a list of call history saved to Later
