In the Table tab, you can view the number of meetings and scores for each user who joined as a host or participant. You can also export the aggregation results in CSV format.
To display the Meeting Dashboard (Beta), click in MiiTel Meetings/RecPod Analytics.

Filtering conditions
You can set filtering conditions to check the number of meeting histories that match specific conditions and analyze trends in meeting content.
- Meeting title: Enter the meeting title of the history you want to include in the aggregation.
- Period: Set the period to aggregate.
- Duration: Set the maximum and minimum recording time of meetings you want to extract.
- Host: Set MiiTel users who joined the meeting as hosts (multiple can be set).
- Participant user: Set MiiTel users who joined the meeting as participants (multiple can be set).
- Meeting type: Set the tools used for the meeting (multiple can be set).

Status: Set the status of the meeting history.
- All: All meeting histories.
- Not uploaded: Meeting history where MiiTel RecPod was online at the start of recording and the recording file has not been uploaded.
- Analysis complete: Meeting history where audio analysis is complete and related data is displayed correctly.
- Analysis failed: Meeting history where analysis could not be completed for some reason.

Tag:
- Include: Set tags you want to use for aggregation (create tags in advance).
- Exclude: Set tags you do not want to include in the aggregation.
- Keyword: Set keywords registered in advance (search by keywords spoken by users or clients).
- Aggregation method: Select the aggregation method for the results displayed on the dashboard.
IMPORTANT
- The searchable period for call histories in the dashboard's filtering conditions is the data retention period + 24 months.

If you select Median in Aggregation method, the calculation differs depending on whether the number of data points (rows) is even or odd, as follows:
- For an odd number of rows: The middle value is the median.
- For an even number of rows: The larger value of the two closest to the median is used as the median.
Switch the target meetings to aggregate
Host: Aggregation data is displayed by the user who joined as a host.
Participants: Aggregation data is displayed by the user who joined as a participant.
Customize and sort displayed fields
You can change displayed aggregation fields from Customize the display fields. You can also click an field name to sort in ascending or descending order.
Tags and Topics can only be configured as display fields in the Host tab.
Switch the display unit
You can switch the values for Tags and Topics in the Table tab between Percentage and Number.
NOTE
- If Tags or Topics are not displayed, the button to switch the display unit will not appear. See Customize and sort displayed fields for how to customize displayed fields.
Download the aggregation results
- If needed, set filtering conditions on the right side of the screen to define the range of aggregation results to export to the CSV file.
- Click Download CSV.
IMPORTANT
- Only the displayed fields are exported to the CSV file.
- The CSV file is exported in the selected display unit (percentage or count). See Switch the display unit for how to switch the display unit.
