You can set MiiTel Phone Mobile to show or hide the history. If you hide it, tapping History in MiiTel Phone Mobile will show the screen below, and the history will no longer be displayed.
For security reasons, use this if you do not want users to disclose calls with customers.

Permissions or subscriptions required
- Administrator privileges are required.
- MiiTel Phone Mobile permission is required.
- MiiTel Phone permission is required.
- The hidden settings can only be applied to MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS version 3.1.15 and MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android version 3.1.14 or later.
Show history
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Call settings > MiiTel Phone Mobile settings.
- In Call history display permission, select Show call history.
- Click Save.
NOTE
- To apply the settings in MiiTel Phone Mobile, restart MiiTel Phone Mobile App.
Hide history
- Access MiiTel Admin.
- Click Call settings > MiiTel Phone Mobile settings.
- In Call history display permission, clear Show call history.
- Click Save.
