During meetings, you can use Copilot to summarize the meeting content and compile the customer’s requests.

Consult Copilot during meetings

1. Log in to MiiTel Meetings.
2. Click Realtime Talk Assist at the top right of the screen.
3. From the list of Ongoing meetings displayed on the left side of the screen, click the meeting name you want to consult Copilot about.

4. Click a sample question displayed in the MiiTel Copilot panel on the right side of the screen, or enter your question in the input field.

Automatically ask Copilot after a certain amount of time has passed

After a certain amount of time has passed since you opened the Realtime Talk Assist screen, you can set Copilot to ask questions automatically. By default, one of the question options, “Organize the situation,” is set to run automatically after 20 minutes.

1. Log in to MiiTel Meetings.
2. Click Realtime Talk Assist at the top right of the screen.
3. Click at the top right of the screen.
4. Configure the following settings and click Save.

1Run automatically: Turn off the toggle to disable auto-run.

2Run after how many minutes?: Set the time from opening the Realtime talk assist screen until Copilot asks a question automatically.

3Option: Set one question option to be run automatically.
