When you try to integrate with Zoom and see "You cannot authorize MiiTel for Zoom," try to solve this issue with the instructions described on this page.
You have not received approval to use MiiTel for Zoom
When you integrate MiiTel with Zoom, if Request Pre-approval is displayed at the bottom of the screen, click the button to send an approval request email to the Zoom administrator. If the button is not displayed, ask the Zoom administrator for approval to use MiiTel for Zoom.
After you receive approval from the Zoom administrator, reload the integration screen and retry integrating MiiTel with Zoom.
If you received an approval request email, click Marketplace in the email and go to Zoom Marketplace. If you did not receive an email, go to the Zoom Marketplace by yourself.
Click Manage, located on the top right of the screen.
Click Apps on Account > MiiTel for Zoom.
Click the Manage app tab.
Click Enable. On the confirmation screen, click Enable.
The user will receive an email that they have received approval to use MiiTel for Zoom.
Only selected users or groups are approved to use MiiTel for Zoom
Click Manage, located on the top right of the screen.
Click .
If you want to approve all Zoom users to use MiiTel for Zoom, click . If you want to approve specific users or groups, enter the user or group in the box, then click Add.
Inform all users or groups that you have approved them to use MiiTel for Zoom.
