When logging into MiiTel RecPod, you may see the message "... wants to open external app" as shown below.
The message above will be displayed when the following is set.
- Microsoft Edge is set as the default browser.
- SSO (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID OIDC, or SSO with SAML) is set for logging in to MiiTel.
To prevent this message to be displayed, change the settings on Microsoft Edge by following the steps below..
- Open Microsoft Edge on your smartphone.
- Tap

- Tap Settings > Privacy, security and services > Tracking prevention > Exceptions.
- Tap Add a site.
- Enter <Company ID>.miitel.jp. (For details, check How to check the Company ID.)
- Tap Save.
