MiiTel RecPod is a smartphone app that records conversations (e.g., business meetings). You can upload the recording to MiiTel Analytics and analyze the conversation.

Download the app
Download the app from the following QR code or app stores.
For Android, scan the QR code with Google Assistant or Google Lens.
System requirements
iOS: 17 or later
Android: 13 or later
IMPORTANT
- Make sure MiiTel RecPod has access to the microphone on your smartphone.

If your smartphone is managed by MDM, check the following with your system administrator.
- MiiTel RecPod is installed on your smartphone.
- The microphone has access to the app.
- If Microsoft Edge is set as the default browser or you are using SSO (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID OIDC, or SSO with SAML) to log in to MiiTel, please change the settings on Microsoft Edge by following the steps below.
- Open Microsoft Edge on your smartphone.
- Tap

- Tap Settings > Privacy, security and services > Tracking prevention > Exceptions.
- Tap Add a site.
- Enter <Company ID>.miitel.jp. (For details, check How to check the Company ID.)
- Tap Save.
