You can analyze past meetings by selecting the aggregation period and using the data of call memos, keywords, etc.

Change the filtering conditions
You can set the filtering conditions to check the total number of meetings and trends of the meetings that meet the conditions you've set up.
- Meeting title: Enter the name of the meetings.
- User name: Select the MiiTel users who participated as the host of the meetings (you can select more than one user)
- Data range: Set the aggregation period
- Duration: Set the maximum and minimum recording time of the online meetings you want to analyze
- Call memo: Set the call memo that is registered in the past meetings (you will need to make a call memo beforehand)
- Keyword: Set the keywords (search by the keywords mentioned by users or customers)
- Aggregation method: Select the aggregation method for the results to be displayed on the dashboard
Total number of meetings and Total meeting duration
You can check the changes in the total number of meetings and total meeting duration within the selected period. You can place the mouse pointer over the graph to see the numerical data.
Topic (beta)
IMPORTANT
- Currently, the topic (beta) feature is only available for Japanese meetings.
You can check the total meeting duration by the topics that were identified in the past meetings. You can also check the total number and percentage of meetings where each topic was discussed.
- Item: The name of the topic that was identified during the meeting
- Meeting duration: The meeting duration for the conversations about the topic (the number to the right of this time is the percentage of time spent on the topic compared with the total meeting duration)
- Number of meetings: The number of meetings that had conversations about the topic (the number to the right of this number is the percentage of meetings that had conversations about the topic compared with the total number of meetings)
Call memo
You can check the number of meetings that have the registered call memos and the percentage compared with the total number of meetings.
- Item: The name of the call memo that is registered in the meeting
- Number of meetings: The number of meetings with the registered call memo
- Percentage (on the right side): The percentage of meetings with the registered call memos compared with the total number of meetings ((Number of meetings / Total number of meetings) x 100)
IMPORTANT
- The Number of meetings with a parent item is the total of the following meetings.
・ The number of meetings with the parent item registered
・ The number of meetings with child items (in each parent item) registered
One meeting may include child items with the same parent item. Therefore, the total number of meetings with the parent item and the total number of meetings with child items may not be the same.
Keyword (User only)
You can check the keywords that MiiTel users spoke in past meetings.
- Item: The keywords that were spoken during the meeting. They are displayed in three categories (Neutral, Negative, and Positive).
- Total count: The total number of times the users spoke the keyword during the meeting (if the users spoke the same keyword multiple times in the same meeting, that number of times would also be included).
- Count: The total number of meetings where the users spoke the keyword. (If the same keyword was spoken multiple times in the same meeting, the number of meetings will be counted as 1. For Neutral, Negative, and Positive categories, the total number of meetings where the keyword in that category was spoken would be counted.)
- Frequency: The percentage of meetings where the users spoke the keywords compared with the total number of meetings ((Number of meetings / Total number of meetings) x 100)
