Set permissions to use the Meeting Bot

Users who use the Meeting Bot must be granted permission to use the Meeting Bot in advance.

The Meeting Bot automatically starts recording and creates a meeting history when it joins a meeting.

If the meeting participant's name matches their MiiTel username, it is automatically linked to the MiiTel user, making recording analysis and aggregation convenient.

  Permissions or subscriptions required

  • To use this feature, you would need to subscribe to MiiTel Meetings and Bot. For more details, please contact your sales representative or customer success.
  • Only users with administrative privileges can change the settings.

  IMPORTANT

  •   Zoom Webinars are not supported.
  •   We recommend you set the meeting participant's name to the same as the MiiTel username. The MiiTel username will be displayed in the participant's speech analysis results if the names are the same. (You do not need to enter the name manually.)
