If you integrate with Zoho CRM, you can use MiiTel Phone on Zoho CRM.
From the screen of your MiiTel Phone, you can also check the customer details registered on Zoho CRM.
After you end a call, the call duration, speech recognition results, etc., will automatically be registered on Zoho GRM.

Step 1: Install MiiTel for Zoho CRM
From Zoho's marketplace, install MiiTel for Zoho CRM.
- Go to https://marketplace.zoho.jp/app/crm/miitel-for-zoho-crm.
- Click Install.
- Check all confirmation items and click Install.
- Check all confirmation items and click Install Now.
- After the installation is completed, the Extension Setting screen will open.
To continue with the settings, proceed to Step 2: Set up the integration of MiiTel and Zoho CRM.
Step 2: Set up the integration of MiiTel and Zoho CRM
You will set up the integration on MiiTel and Zoho CRM.
- Open Zoho CRM's Extension Setting screen. (Open Zoho CRM and click Settings > Marketplace > All > Installed > MiiTel for Zoho CRM > Edit button on Extension Settings.)
*The Extension Settings screen will already be open if you started the setup from Step 1: Install MiiTel for Zoho CRM.
- Enter the Access Key and Company ID. Click Save.
You can check the Access Key and Company ID by following the steps below.
・Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signinand log in to MiiTel Analytics.
・ClickOpen MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
・Click Third Party Integration > JavaScript Widget.
・You will see the Access Key and Company ID in the code.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click
Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Third Party Integration > Outgoing Webhook.
- Click Add call history integration setting.
- For Name, enter the name that will allow you to know the integration destination. (E.g., Zoho)
For URL, enter the value that you have confirmed from the following steps.
・Open Zoho CRM and click Settings > Marketplace > All > Installed > MiiTel for Zoho CRM.)
・Enter the value displayed in Zapikey.
- After you enter the Name and URL, click Save.
NOTE
- If you start a phone call from Lead, Contacts, Accounts, or Deals tab on Zoho CRM, the subject name will be displayed on MiiTel Phone. If you start a phone call from tabs other than the above, the subject will show that it's a call made with MiiTel.
- For incoming calls, the MiiTel Phone widget will be displayed on the bottom right of Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM will search for the phone number from Contacts as the phone call will be linked with the corresponding contact data. With this, you can check the caller's details when you receive an incoming call.
- The data of outgoing calls will be registered on Zoho CRM only when you start the phone call from Zoho CRM.
- Suppose nobody can pick up an incoming call (e.g., everyone is on a different call, or nobody is available). The data of missed incoming calls will not be registered on Zoho CRM.

After the call ends, the call data will be registered to the Calls tab.
(On the call data's Notes field, the summary of the call will be included. On the Description field, the URL of the call history will be included.) -
If you make the following mistakes in the settings, you will see the following error messages.
・If the Company ID is incorrect:
企業 ID 無効
・If the Access Key is incorrect:
アクセスキー無効
・If the Company ID and Access Key is not registered:
キーが接続されていません。設定して下さい。
