This feature allows you to add an automatic call memo in the call history that meets the conditions.
You can use this feature to analyze each user's conversation tendencies or check the call details.
Permissions or subscriptions required
- The user must have administrative privileges.
Create automatic call memo conditions
You can set keywords, number of apperances, and speakers for the conditions.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Memo > Call memo settings (call).
- Click Automatic call memo settings (additional).
- Click + Create automatic call memo conditions.
- After entering the details in each field, click Save.
1Keywords mentioned: Set the keywords and occurrence as conditions for tag registration. When multiple keywords are set, the keyword counting method changes based on the selection of Any of the words or All words, as described below. You can add more selectable keywords in the Keyword settings.
Any of the words: The tag is registered if the total occurrence count of all selected keywords exceeds the specified limit.
All words: The tag is registered if the occurrence count for each of the selected keywords meets or exceeds the specified limit.
2Speaker: Set the speaker of these keywords. You can select from Customer, User, and All (Customer and User).
3Tag name: Set the name of the call memo to be added when the conditions are met.
Below is an image of an automatic call memo added to the call history.
IMPORTANT
- The automatic call memo be added from the call histories created after the conditions are set.
- If Enable these conditions is not checked, the settings are saved, but the automatic call memo will not be added.
- You can set up to 100 automatic call memos.

When an automatic call memo is added manually from Call History,
is displayed on the call memo. (To determine whether the call memo was added automatically or not.)

- Dashboard
- Call search option in Call History
- Full-text search
- Salesforce activity integration (If you have set up Salesforce integration and Salesforce activity history integration.)
- Hubspot activity integration (If you have set up Hubspot integration and Hubspot activity integration.)
- kintone activity history integration (If you have set up kintone activity history integration.)
- Slack Notification (If you have set up Slack channel integration and Slack notification rules.)
- Email Notification (If you have set up email notifications.)
Disable automatic call memo conditions
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Memo > Call memo settings (call).
- Click Automatic call memo settings (additional).
- Click
> Edit of the automatic call memo you want to edit.
- Uncheck Enable these conditions.
- Click Save.
Delete automatic call memo conditions
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click Call Memo > Call memo settings (call).
- Click Automatic call memo settings (additional).
- Click
> Delete of the automatic call memo you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
