From MiiTel Phone's audio settings, you can check which devices are being used for the microphone and speakers. Also, you can enable or disable the settings for eliminating noise and echoes.
How to check the audio settings
- Open MiiTel Phone.
- Click Menu > Settings > Audio.
- You can check your audio device that is currently being set on your computer.
NOTE
- If you cannot see the audio device you want to use, please change the device for Input and Output on your computer's sound settings.
How to test your speaker
- Open MiiTel Phone.
- Click Menu > Settings > Audio.
- Click Test, and check if you hear any music.
- After you speak from your mic, check if there is any movement on the icon.
NOTE
- If you cannot hear any music after you click Test, check and change the volume by following the instructions in I cannot hear the other person during the call.
How to test your microphone
- Open MiiTel Phone.
- Click Menu > Settings > Audio.
- After you speak from your mic, check if there is any movement on the icon.
NOTE
- If the icon does not move after you speak from your mic, check The other person cannot hear you or the volume of your voice is low.
