How to check the status of system failure

If MiiTel experiences system failure, we will report to you via MiiTel Status. You can also configure your settings to receive an email when the failure occurs. If you would like to receive the email, please go to MiiTel Status and enter your email address by the instructions below.

  1. Click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES shown in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Click  __________2019-11-21_11.45.29.png shown in the upper left corner of the message box
  3. In the box labeled Email Address, enter the email address where you want to receive the mail regarding system failure.
  4. Click SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.
  5. After you entered the information, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check and click Confirm subscription.
