System Requirements for MiiTel Phone Desktop
< Windows >
Recommended OS: Windows 10 (64-bit) *32-bit version is not supported.
Memory: 4 GB or more (8 GB or more recommended)
CPU: Dual-core 1 GHz or more (Dual-core 2 GHz or more recommended)
< macOS >
Recommended OS: macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) or later
Memory: 4 GB or more (8 GB or more recommended)
CPU: Dual-core 1 GHz or more (Dual-core 2 GHz or more recommended)
Step 1: Instal MiiTel Phone Desktop
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click on your user name in the upper right corner of MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Download MiiTel Phone.
- Click Download MiiTel Phone Desktop.
- Click MiiTel Phone Desktop for Windows.
- Double-click MiiTelSetup.exe.
NOTE
- To install by command without running the installer, please run MiiTelSetup.exe /S.
- The installation will automatically start.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click on your user name in the upper right corner of MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Download MiiTel Phone.
- Click Download MiiTel Phone Desktop.
- Click MiiTel Phone Desktop for macOS.
- Open MiiTel.dmg file.
- In the window below, drag and drop MiiTel into the Applications folder.

Step 2: Launch MiiTel Phone Desktop and log in
You will now start MiiTel Phone Desktop and log in.
- Open Launchpad.
- Click MiiTel. (You can also open MiiTel by double clicking MiiTel from Finder → Application.)
- Enter your login ID, then click Next.
- Enter your password, then click Next.
- If your login ID is registered in multiple Company IDs, select the Company ID you will use to log in, then click Start MiiTel.
How to uninstall MiiTel Desktop
