Create questions and consultation contents (prompts) to ask MiiTel Synapse Copilot (Generative AI) about call and meeting history.

The created questions (prompts) will be displayed on the Ask Copilot and Chat with Copilot screens, allowing you to ask questions easily with one click. Additionally, you can create and save questions tailored to your business needs, allowing you to standardize frequently used questions and the quality of question content, improving operational efficiency.

You can also configure the display order on the screen and the publication target.

Access the settings screen

Questions (choices) are configured for each Ask Copilot and Chat with Copilot screen to display.
Access each settings screen.

• Call History: Configure questions to display on the Copilot screen for individual or multiple call histories
• Real-time Talk Assist: Configure questions to display on the Copilot screen during calls and immediately after call ends
• Meeting History: Configure questions to display on the Copilot screen for individual or multiple meeting histories

Create questions (prompts)

Create questions (prompts) to display on the Ask Copilot and Chat with Copilot screens.
Created questions (prompts) will be displayed on the screen in list order. To change the order, please refer to Reorder questions.

1. Access the settings screen.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the Option name and instructions.
4. If you want to save without publishing, click Save Draft; if you want to publish only to administrators, click Publish (admins only); if you want to publish to everyone, click Public (all users).

Reorder questions

Questions (prompts) are displayed on the Ask Copilot and Chat with Copilot screens in list order.
Change the display order by changing the list order.

1. Access the settings screen.
2. Drag and drop the left side of the question (Option name) .
3. When reordering is complete, "Order updated" will be displayed at the top right of the screen.

Publish or unpublish questions

Configure whether to display created questions (prompts) on the Ask Copilot and Chat with Copilot screens.

1. Access the settings screen.
2. Click the right side of the question (Option name) .
3. Click Private, Public (admins only), or Public (all users).
4. When the update is complete, "Status changed to **" will be displayed at the top right of the screen.

Edit questions

1. Access the settings screen.
2. Click the right side of the question (Option name) .
3. Click Edit.
4. Edit the choice name and prompt content.
5. Click Save.

Duplicate questions

1. Access the settings screen.
2. Click the right side of the question (Option name) .
3. Click Duplicate.
4. Edit the Option name and Instructions.
5. If you want to save without publishing, click Save Draft; if you want to publish only to administrators, click Public (admins only); if you want to publish to everyone, click Public (all users).

Delete questions

1. Access the settings screen.
2. Click the right side of the question (Option name) .
3. Confirm the Option name and instructions to delete, and click Delete.
