PENTING
- Pastikan MiiTel RecPod memilikinya akses ke mikrofon di smartphone Anda.

Jika smartphone Anda dikelola oleh MDM, tanyakan hal berikut kepada administrator sistem Anda.
- Periksa apakah MiiTel RecPod diinstal pada smartphone Anda.
- Periksa apakah ada batasan dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini.
- If Microsoft Edge is set as the default browser or you are using SSO (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID OIDC, or SSO with SAML) to log in to MiiTel, please change the settings on Microsoft Edge by following the steps below.
- Open Microsoft Edge on your smartphone.
- Tap

- Tap Settings > Privacy, security and services > Tracking prevention > Exceptions.
- Tap Add a site.
- Enter <Company ID>.miitel.jp. (For details, check How to check the Company ID.)
- Tap Save.
