You can use CSV files to update details for existing users. Bulk update is recommended to update multiple users' permission settings.
To create multiple users at once, check Create multiple new users.

Prepare a CSV file
First, you must prepare a CSV file with user details. We recommend you use the following template.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List > Update multiple users.
- Click Update multiple users.
- Select the character encoding of the CSV file.
- Click Download.
- Enter the details in the CSV file. (Use the table below as your guide for the details to be entered in each item.)

Import the CSV file
Import the CSV file to update the user details.
- Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.
- Click Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.
- Click User > User List > Update multiple users.
- Click Update multiple users.
- Click Select a file.
- Select the CSV file to upload.
- Click Upload.
- Click Update multiple users.
NOTE
- It may take a few minutes for the updated details to be reflected.
- Updated users can also be checked in the audit log.
- You can update up to 100 users with one CSV file.
IMPORTANT
- For more information on how to edit the details for each user, check Edit user details.

If the error message, "Some data cannot be added to the template. Check the guidelines for creating the CSV. Edit and reupload the CSV." is displayed, the following may be the cause of the error.
- A login ID that is already being used is entered in the "Login ID" column.
- An extension number already being used is entered in the “Extension Number” column.
- If the cause of the error is described in the message, check that part in the CSV file. Try editing the details and uploading the file again.
